A day in the life
One day in 2002, photographer Shingo Wakagi accompanied artist Lawrence Weiner as he completed his daily tasks. A Day in the Life is a visual documentation of this project; it offers a rare (relatively) wordless glimpse into the home and studio of the conceptual art master as he smokes, cooks, thinks, gardens, and makes art. These more mundane images are interspersed with images of installations and editions Weiner completed for Gallery 360° between 1992-1999.
