Two editions were released at the same time. Photographer Shingo Wakagi begins his "HAMAMATSU Edit" series, in which he continues to photograph the people and scenery of his home town of Hamamatsu.In an age when images can spread instantly and globally, the "power of photography" conversely tends toward the local and personal. Vernacular means local color, in other words, the local customs of a place, and would like to explore the inherent nature of his hometown. Shingo Wakagi is not only a photographer but also a film director, and "HAMAMATSU Edit" is made like a film composed of various scenes.
